The Loudmouth has no restriction--only a resonator that is little more than a widening of the pipe. How can anything else have less back pressure and therefor pass more horsepower through? It is a matter of physics. While you can make the argument that lowend torque may suffer a bit, high rpm power is where the hp shows it's peak, and the less restriction the higher its peak will be. (btw, Street Legal means 'street legal.' In all 50 states with respect to noise.)

It terms of performance i think the Loudmouth cant be beat. Its the best flowing for f-bodys, or thats what every1 says. But with LT's and ORY watch out. It is DAM loud, and just gets louder and louder once a cam is added.

If you have never seen the inside of a corsa muffler you may not understand, but the corsa is in essence a straight pipe that splits with three slits that release sound waves. It might flow more than SLP (not by much), not sure because I have never seen the flow numbers.
