    Hey REVNORR82,

Not sure where you can find the motors with the metal gears already in them, but if you need the parts for some brass gears you can go to http://rodneydickman.com/catalog/pro...roducts_id=151 I picked some up last month and replaced one of my motors that had been grinding for over 3 years...I tend to procrastinate. So far so good. Once you get in there, the process isn't too bad, but it doesn't start off that easy.

Oooo...I'll be honest with you, I don't know. The kit is real cool; it comes with the instructions on what needs to be done. Read it a couple of times, and watch this video: http://www.fquick.com/videos/Install...ight_Gear/2024 You'll have a clear understanding after you've read it, then see how this guy does it.

    * It is possible to do it, without taking the headlight top/cover off!

Have you tried the 180* mod yet? Will save a few bucks while you look?

See the main problem with mine is the motor not the gears but I wanted to get it all changed out at once while I had it apart

Spray Liquid Wrench or Silicone (spray type) on the shaft a couple hours before you try to remove the bar thing from the little shaft.
