That's one hell of a ratio. Pretty sure that'll do it.

If you still have room at the finish line, I'd definately do the 4.56's.
You want to be at, or even just above your shift rpm at the finish line. And with the 2.66 first gear the 4.56's are a blessing.

Are you using a 2 step?

    Naw.

Car is street first and foremost. Sees 5% track time.
But I do want the most out of it when I do race.

Hell...I don't even have a shift light in the car.

I run 2 steps on a few of my street driven cars, chevelle, ventura, nomad. They only do track days 1-2 times a year though. It allows me to concentrate on other things, I know I can just put the pedal down and lauch at what ever rpm I put in the box without watching the tach,,,guess I'm just getting old

My hearing and feel for the car is still decent enough, I can do without a shift light (most of the time)

^^^Sucks getting older, eh? And I have not had nearly the track time you've had, I must be deficient.

Car has a bog when it dead hooks. Of course, that is with a 27" QTP and 4.11's.
Thinking 4.56's clear that up. May need a little more work on the tune as well.
Thought you were selling it again? Now 4:56s? Anyways, glad you're not planning a sale. Your car should be 10s easy lower altitude. I don't have a shift light either but am prolly gonna stick one behind one of the climate vents one day soon.

    It was a thought.
Would have cleared a lot of my CC debt.

For right now, planning on parking it for a while. Maybe doing a few minor upgrades over the winter. Depending on how I feel about the car.
To be honest....grown a little bored with it.
