Long Island F-Body Association - LIFBA has meets pretty regularly. Google them to find their schedule.

Bellmore has a weekly car show on Friday nights. Lots of new and old american muscle show up here

Every now and then there is a meet at Floyd Bennett field in Brooklyn Sunday mornings.

Also on Friday nights there is a car show at Bay Parkway in the shopping center next to the belt parkway. This show consists of a broad mix of american muscle new and old as well as tuners and imports crowds.

Finally there is a show in Oceanside at the Nathans but I can't remember if it's Friday or Saturday and can't speak of the crowd as I've never been there.
