Anyone know an orange Trans Am in the Texas area??

I was talking to Aaron Thames a few years back about his orange Trans Am, just as he was selling it to get a Viper GTS(don't know if he wound up getting the GTS or not), but the T/A was featured in GM High Tech Performance mag, he was in Texas if I remember right and the work on the car was done in shop by MTI. The car's bright tangerine orange, black leather, M6.

Anyway, I lost his e-mail and was wondering if anyone knew him or the current owner and could put me in touch with either. I wanted to know who currently has the car and ask them a few questions about it.

The car's my absolute DREAM LS1...I'd actually consider trading both my cars for it!

It's actually not SOM, it's a custom metallic tangerine color...looks even more outrageous!

there is a guy in plainveiw with a tangerine orange ta i dont know if it is the one you are looking for try on racelubbock.com i know he is on there from time to time

Was it a modded WS6 with the Firehawk hood? And was the paint color called like Tangelo or something? And did it have really faint ghost flames in it? If so, I might be able to get the e-mail address of the last owner who just recently sold to someone else.

That sounds like the car...but it had a Moore Performance ram-air hood, like the stock ram air hood only slightly more agressive. I don't remember the ghost flames but maybe that was a newer addition since I last spoke to the previous owner. Let me know what you can do!
