    2000 Trans Am

    Accident Last Thursday

    I got rear-ended in my Trans Am last Thursday. It caused about $4,500 in cosmetic rear end damage. It did not touch the suspension/drivetrain. Her insurance company wants to pay only $1,800 to fix it. I am not okay with a "Cheap Fix" because this car was literally perfect. No scratches, dings dents at all, original floormats, ect. Its a 2000 Trans Am, Silver with 59,000 miles on it, completely stock. I am looking to find out what its value after the accident would be. What do you guys think? The car in excellent condidtion is worth about $9,500 to $12,000 on KBB. After the car is fixed and looks perfect again what is it worth. Also if you know a way to find out or a company that does this let me know. Thanks.

    Only one so far at the dealer I service it at. I am getting another on Monday morning. It doesn't matter to me how much it is because I am not paying for it. It just sucks.
