99 formula swap with 01 Trans Am motor problems. Help please

99 firebird formula blown motor and the owner put an 01 trans am motor in it. Runs great but having problems with the secondary air system so it won't pass smog. The solenoid at top of the intake manifold isn't there but everything else is. I bought the solenoid but the wiring harness thats on there doesnt even have the pigtail for the solenoid. anybody know any specifics on this? don't know what harness was put on but everything else is working and its the only thing holding me back. Maybe the correct pid to tap into on the PCM harness. Any help would be appreciated.

99 firebird with 01 drivetrain has most of the components for the secondary air system but the wire harness doesn't have the plug for air solenoid. Has to pass smog. any suggestions would be great

The 99 and 2001 Secondary AIR systems are a little different. Since its a 99 car and harness, I'd use the 99 AIR system.
