    95 transam

I need to make a descion kinda quick and would like some of your guys oponions. Theres this guy who has a 95 transam. And offered me a price of 5500; i already have a 02 ss convertible but the thing i like about his car is that its a 6 speed and we went out on a test drve and the beast pulls hard. so is 5500 a fair amount btw it has like 156,000miles on the od.

I think I'd buy the 61" big screen and put another $2000 in my SS and save the insurance, tax and reg. But, coming from a guy that has seven cars that may not mean much. :-(

Since you asked - Let me post list. It will give me a place to post them all together anyways. I'm very fortunate to have these all:

    '98 Pontiac Formula Firebird 12.69 1/4, 1.9 60'

    '04 Nissan 350 13.3 1/4, 2.0 60'

    67 Camaro 800HP 472 9.85 1/4, 1.6 60'

'01 Nissan Pathfinder 1/4 Lol but hauls boat and toys pretty good.

'04 Jeep Wrangler 1/4 Embarrassing but, is great off road and towing behind RV

'99 Sable LS, Very clean, comfortable, low miles, DOHC pretty good mileage, commute car.

'73 F100 185HP right now soon to have 450HP 390 with TCI Racing Tranny, very clean.

    '07 Four Winns Hurricane 30 double slides V10 462HP 375lbs - Actually will beat the Wrangler/F100 in the 1/4 mile I think.

    Others

'01 21' Larson with U-Shaped rear seating and sundeck.
'56 Dodge Pickup turned into a Utility Trailer
'82 26' Flat bed trailer for hauling the race car to drags or shows.

All the above vehicles are working and have no mechanical problems.

Next Ferrari Modena 360 F1 - But I think I'll have to give up something to get it.

    Nice rides Mecinoid
I like the diversity and especially the Ford Truck. Totalled an 82' when brakes went out a few years back that I built in high school. Candy Apple Red, 351w with all the goods, sounded like a race car. Now have an 83' Ford I am restoring but I do not think I want to put that Kind of money in an old truck again. Will post some pics when I scan them in.

I have about $3000 in my F100 and plan on putting $4-5K more into her over the next year. I know I'll never get that out of her. But, that truck is my hobby build right now.

So, I have 4-500HP, Racing Tranny, Regeared with LSD, and new paint. That's all I'll put into her. I plan on using her for my home projects. IE: Build storage shed, Redo garage, Redo Kitchen Counters, Redo Master Bath, Redo front grass etc.... Therefore, she won't be a show truck.... just a nice one. ;-)

Yes, please do post up your project truck if you get a chance or PM me with the pictures if you feel better about that.

Back to the OP Post - Yeah, you can get some pretty nice LT1 powered cars for cheap. They can be quite fun if you just juice them a little. I mean .... what do you have to lose? Say a 400HP LT1 for and additional $500-600. Can be fun ;-)
