HAHA. This kid sounds like a jackass. 12.86 is pretty damn close to what mine ran stock. I consider myself lucky to be making 340rwhp and 360ft/lbs on a stock lid and mani, and i have to spin a 9 1/4in ring gear. I hate shiesty people like the one youve been dealing with.

i read in gm high tech perf. that stock ls1 f-bodys put down about 306 hp to tires,so with a k&n,slp lid, long tube headers, ory, and a magnaflow muffler what do think the rear wheel hp would be.

Avg seems to be around the 330 mark i could be wrong some people get lucky and surpass 340rwhp.

I got 341hp 355tq with full exhaust, lid, ported TB and tune through a Mustang Dyno. So figure ~375hp on a Dynojet...so i'm told anyway.

340s are what you would have dynoed on a dynojet with those mods as well. You wouldn't hit 375 with those mods.

I have doubts too, but everyone I talk to including my tuner says add 7 - 10% conversion for Dynojet.

    a car i recently tuned did 355rwhp and 370rwtq...ebay lid/bellows pacesetters,ORY and magnaflow exhaust. car is a 02 TA

also tuned a 02 SS 345hp car and it did 333rwhp/348 rwtq thru stock mainfolds and y pipe. this was also on a dyno jet done almost 3 yrs previously.

to hit 389rwhp you need a cam or a set of heads. unless he had EWP, UDP, True duals, fast 90
