2012 firebird?
I just got my new hotrod magazine and there is an article about a rumor of a 2012 firebird. they say if the new camaro meets sale targets in the first 12 to 18 months of production GM might prepare a new firebird. it concept the have looks like the 77 firebird but modern. I do think it is going to happen but i thought this was interesting news.

Fudge all of these retro/"new" looks of all of these cars!! They were doing a great job on the F-body's, getting rounder and smoother. Now they've taking like 20 steps backwards... I guess that makes sense why they all in deep shitz! Lutz is to blame!!!!!

I was look at a 2009 ZO6 yesterday. It has too many sharp edges to me. It was a great deal for a Dk Grey one. $83K down to $66K. I just couldn't do it. I'm just going to S/C my bird. I love the lines and she hasn't given me one lick of trouble since new. With my luck, if I bought the Z06 it would be plagued with problems. Sometimes it's just better to stick with what you have. Plus, they aren't making these cars anymore.
A new Firebird with 550HP would be the ticket. Oh and it would have to get about to get 30mpg on the freeway. ;-)Last edited by Mecinoid; 12-13-2008 at 01:23 AM.
