RED- 2002 FORMULA
2002 Formulas
Never seen a thread dedicated to 2002 Formulas. These were some of the lowest production numbers made. There were more T/A convertibles then Formulas. I have a red Maple, one of 5 made. One was totaled(emailed by owner) and another was parted out last year. The Formula is like the redheaded stepchild. Lets see some pics, and when I figure it out I will post mine!

RED- 2002 FORMULA
Thanks 9T8. Well do you consider it a Firebird? In 2002 there were 9900 firebirds, 19900 T/A, 14900 WS6, 1348 special editions. 901 Formulas...... If we include all "Firebirds" it 2.8% of production. Formula is as much of a firebird as a T/A. Still, the lowest production model, and you never see them around. Also, my burnt maple is 1 of 5. Sounds like some of that Obama math at work.
Funny you say that RC, my Formula was from down there. I actually had it there for 2 months last year while I started the HVAC division in Orlando/Tampa.
nice formula 9T8, dont see too many of those!Last edited by rideon1200; 04-08-2009 at 09:43 AM. Reason: oversight

Would a stock Formula be just a little quicker than a stock T/A all other factors being equal?

"Burnt Maple"?!? Seriously?!?
What's the color code?
Curious, never seen that particular color before.
And there is no 'Burnt Maple' in the 2002 color code sheets.
As far as pic go, there are many free online photo hosting sites.
Webshots, Photobucket, etc., etc., ...

Silver Metallic- 2002 Formula
I have a 2002 Pontiac Firebird Formula. I love that car, there are only 2 in my area, mine and a beat up blue one. Mine is the silver metallic and is fully loaded with every option. Its an auto with SLP Loudmouth I exhaust and has 17" Boyd Coddington Smoothie II's on it, 17x8 up front and 17x10 in the rear. I just got my windows tinted too to match the black of the sail panel birds. Other than that she is bone stock. I don't know what the numbers are exactly on my car like how many in that color, with these options, and all that. It would be nice to know.
