2000 WS6 EGR and air delete
I've been looking for a good tutorial on doing EGR delete and air delete for my 2000 WS6. I want to go with LT's for my exhaust and I want the ones without LT's and air so might as well get that deleted before I make the upgrade on exhaust.

Here you go. In this section there quite a few stickies for help. I would look in the header install thread as it has the steps for deleting the egr & air pump systems in it.

Ya I saw some stuff looking online but I'm also curious about the ls6 intake. Do I have to relocate those small coolant lines under the stock intake or can I just place the ls6 on and bolt down?

you have 2 options with those.
Opt 1. CAREFULLY knock off the fins on the underside with a dremil.
Opt2. There is a $65 coolant by pass kit. I went this way but I've also help others do the other way too with no issues.

I like the kit idea but looking at the stickies i didn't really want to rig the system so maybe I will look into the kit
