SLP MAF is slowing you down.
If you plan on pulling this off on street tires, you have a lot more power to find.
Stall converter will be your friend.

Stall needs matched to the power curve and cam.
You will need a cam to get there. At least.
SLP MAF is a pile. Has actually created detonation issues for people. Not everyone, but enough people.2008 Trailblazer SS

Them or Pacesetters for LS1 budget longtubes. Either will be great.
Those are just a start towards 11's though.
On a street tire, you are going to be fighting traction issues.
The best way to 11's??
Stall, cam, sticky tires, suspension, all the bolt-ons.

Yea its definitely gonna take you a couple grand if not $5K or more. Heads would also help you a lot and definitely don't forget a tune lol. Nitrous would also help you get there but I'm no expert on it. I definitely wouldn't put over 100 shot on a stock ls1, even with h/c cuz u'll need more internal work to take that abuse. btw, if you get to 11's say goodbye to ur stock rear.
