$4900 1998 ws6!
Well for the past couple weeks my buddy has been looking for a fair priced 98-02 trans am. Yesterday I found one of the best deals Ive ever seen on one of our cars. It was all original 1998 Trans Am Ws6 A4. It was Blk w/ charcoal leather. It was a one owner w/ 140,000 miles on the clock. The only problems were the wheels had a little chrome flaking off and the front bumper's paint was cracked and had started to come off. The car was priced for 4900 bucks. The car was in a neighboring town about 30 miles away. Went went there yesterday right after work to look at it. Me and my buddy test drove it and everything seemed alright other than brake growl. It just needed a little tune up. We were gonna come back today with the cash but someone bought the car right after we left. I actually got the call from the salesman that the car was sold whenever I was halfway back to town. I wish I would have had the extra cash to buy it for myself but my funds are a little tied up. The car didn't even last a full day on the lot.

Still 4,900 for a car with 140,000 miles on it. I dont care what kind of car it is or how fast it ect. ect. thats the right price. Anywhere else people would charge 6-7 grand for it come on now

Sunset Orange Metallic- 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6
$4900 is a pretty good price but 140k is alot of miles on a car.

140k is not bad considering it's a 1998. I know guys with 01's with that much mileage. My 98 only has 115k on the odometer but it's been sitting for a total of 2 years considering all the shop time it's had. But I wouldn't worry about the mileage too much, I stopped giving a shit after I replaced my engine

Bought mine for $3600 with 120k. Mileage means nothing with proper care. Mine was obviously cared for, and at that price it allowed me to build a bad ass car. At that price you can do a lot of mods. And its an WS6. Go for it and rebuild it.

Still to spend 5 grand on a car to just to rebuild the motor is a little too much.

My 01 has 23,000 miles on it. Thanks to the army and its deployments lol.
Although my 91 has 230,000 miles and havent pulled the motor yet, Its still running strong. Tranny had some trouble but thats it. Miles dont matter if the car has been maintained.
J2001 SS, Its not the car its the Driver that matters....

I found a 2000 with 61,500 miles for $7995. It an automatic though, so no deal, I don't care how cheap it is. I want to drive the car, not the other way around.
Here is the listing if anyone is in that area and wants to take advantage of the great deal.

I actually called and talked to the owner of the dealership. It is a TA. The deal breaker for me was that it was an automatic. He told me he could find an M6 for me. I told him if he could find the same car with M6, I'd be there in a couple hours to drive it off the lot. He hasn't called back yet.
