Daily driver except when it gets messy in the winter (which ain't often lately).

Bought it a year ago with 66,000. Now it just tripped 77,000.

love the car...you'd be better off enjoying it before you die.

if you're filthy rich i could see having a mint camaro with 0 miles (but i'd have a lot of other cars first!)

i bet the guy that drove his cuda to the ground died a much happier man than the one who saved it and freaked out any time anybody got near it (prolly bald too)
Totally missin my point. What im saying is that yes, there were a ton of these cars made but if you have a nice low mile one or you pick up a nice low mile one thats never been driven in rain or snow, why drive it into the ground. you never know what these cars could be worth 30 years from now and to everyone that says "its just a car, drive it, who cares" if what happens to these cars happens to the 69 camaro's, we will see whos laughing in retirement..

are you fucking kidding me? this is probably one of the coolest things i have ever seen in the automotive world!!!! why would this be insulting at all, its a huge compliment to the build of the car and to the owner for doing what he has to. Respect man, respect! and i see muscle cars with hitches all the time. whats the difference, towing puts stress on the rear axle, and seeing as how the rear axle is out of the s10s, why not!!!!

I drive my car HARD cuz I AM close to retirement and I'm not going to let some snide "investor" get all the fun out of it.

Just an observation: They did the same thing to 1st and 2nd gens as we are doing now: Modding and driving them like they ain't gonna make any more! I know, I was there. Heck, my cousin bought a 69 RS/SS in Dec 69, threw $3,000 (in 1970 dollars) at it and had a low 11 sec driver.

I have 1 friend from "back in the day" that still has his 69 Pace car. It has 150K miles on it but it's all original and he still drives it occasionally (usually parades). Does the mileage make it worth any less? And yes, he drove the crap out of it for a number of years.

Another reason not to drive it as much as my other car is the insurance is way cheaper. It's a low mileage car! Woohoo.
