    Exclamation Wrinkled 1/4 panel

ok, kind of an odd question, but I have a wrinkle in my rear driver side 1/4 panel just ahead of the gas fill. I had a my friendly dent wizard pro pull this once already (looked like it had never been after he was done) for a couple bucks. Now its back. I'm not gonna pretend I don't launch the hell out of my car sometimes, and I know for a fact I twisted the frame on my 86 t-top car off the line one day, but is this really something I can cause with a 23-2500 rpm hammer drop, and then shifts at 55-6000 rpms? Im thinking subframe connectors are in order, but only if that will stop this problem. Im looking for any and all input, and will post pics of the wrinkle tomrrow during the daylight.

SFC first mod I did. I still ended up with a wrinkle. I don't pound on my car and it is's a high HP car either.

    Sadly now demodded :(

Just hope you can actually fit SFC's to your car.

I know a guy who did SFC's after continuously hammering on the car (H/C/I + N2O). We had to fabricate a 3/8 spacer to be able to weld the connector on the right side to the frame back by the rear tire his car was so twisted.

Yeah, and the dents might go away, but then they come back when you have so much torque flex.

Just messin around, long slow day at work, no offense intended. But that Bill Mayes thing is b/s. Leaves huge marks on the car from the glue, which will also pull clearcoat off when removed.

Effin' sweet, I had just noticed this the other day too!! I was wondering what the hell had caused it and I tend to park away from most cars whenever I do go somewhere, cause I thought at first it might have been from an inconsiderate asshole's car door.

Guess I should have expected as much after my mods....

sub frame connectors may help you but I would imagine since it's done it a couple of times now and been fixed the metal is going to be fatigued and more prone to wrinkle. SFC's definitely should be in order though.
