im cleaning up my engine bay and droping the engine for heads so while its out i want to paint the engine bay do the wire mod and drop the fuse boxes down

i have a couple of questions since my egr is gone and deleted the wires the were hooked up to it can i cut and tape them off?

also has anyone ever just removed the windshield wiping fluid tank?

and is there a way to do the wire mod with out a fender well because mine are long gone few out from under the car one day one the high way doing 85?

any other suggestions on what i should do since the car is down for awhile and any tips or ideas on anything else i should do? i did the molding mod earlier it was pretty easy and turned out looking good

My motor is gonna look like yours soon lol but i think you should get a chrome shroud under the intake just like the lt1 that covered the radiator

The wiper fluid reservoir is up to you alot of states require the spray to be operable on the windshield for state inspection

yeah i never use it so i thought about just getting rid of it

anyone know about the wires yet can i just cut the egr wire and tape the off and put them back in the harness for a cleaner look?

I dont know about the wires but what i was saying for the thing under the lid is you could chrome it or paint it to make it glossy and then make the intake match it

might end up painting it idk yet

what do you guys use when painting things like the lid and the peice in front of the bumper just rattle can it after sanding it

also do you paint the coils the same way?

anyone know were there is a powder coating place near tulsa Oklahoma thats a fair price?
