    Smile My mod list

Here is my mod list for my 2000 Camaro SS (SLP) - 6spd! I hope that I didn't forget anything. Sorry I haven't had it to the track yet, so I don't have times or hp/tourqe numbers. I estimate a high 11 sec quarter, but I'll know soon in about 3 wks when I go to the track. I can say that the rear end was one of the biggest differences, and before I even did the rear end, I destroyed an 05 6.0L LS2 GTO, and beat a 03 Cobra dynoed at 617rwhp to 100mph; after that the Cobra destoryed me.

Installed my LS6 intake changed to the TR55's and MSD wires, cleaned filter and changed the oil and fixed my coil problem (corroded # 3 electrode). Going to Midnight Madness on friday to see if I can beat my former best of 13.2 .

Hankook Ventus HRII. I haven't seen a DR from Hankook but am very happy with the quality of the compound in this tire. It is rather soft but not quite that of a Drag Radial. My brother has BFG DR's on his '97 T/A & they get torn up on the street but mine don't get shredded like that.

no bad for street tires, i take it that's your best time, cause it would be more like 13.2 with your mods and street tires. unless you stall over 4200?

I have all Free mods including ported maf with straight pipes I ran 13.1@106with 2.73s in it. I put a lid, gutted cats, built a4 with 2500 stall, Diablo tune, 3.27s some some Falken Street tires ran a 12.9@107 with a 1.99 60ft spinning in 1st and a little in 2nd. I now have some Pace setter long tubes with tsp ory and Hooker cat back and a custom tune but I haven't been to the track to run it yet. I am hoping for some 12.5s on some DRs.

thats the best time so far i had a 1.9 60ft and ran at 113mph with hitting the revlimiter in second and third so i think i can hit 11s with launch and shifting right its an auto but i still hit the limiter set at 7 grand it takes to long to shift so i am putting in a shift kit soon!!!!

    2000 WS6 6spd Hooker LT

Well, I made it to the track last Tueday, a new record for Too Fast. With my LT Hookers and ORY, I ran a best ET of 12.992 @ 107.xx and my new fastest time (albeit with the slowest ET) was a 13.32 @ 108.95. I made I think 7 passes and those two times were my extremes. I think 4 of my passes were over 108 MPH. 108.7 two times. I did a 13.03 another. This was my first 12 second pass ever, and my car is now getting 28.4 MPG highway @75-80 MPH with AC on! I don't have a tune yet after getting the headers, I am considering getting an LS6 intake so hopefully my slow times at the track will be the 13.0 and quick times 12.8x @ 109x MPH Street tires, halfway worn Goodyear F1 GS D3. I would post the video of the 12 second run because my wife got a good shot of that one, but I can't do that yet. I need to scan my timeslips and post those on the other thread about dragstrip times. Oh yeah, there were some ricers there, they sound so stupid!
