Don't bother with the MAF - unless there is something wrong with yours. It won't do anything but cause you more problems. You might consider LT headers if you don't have them - didn't see them listed. They help the engine breathe a lot better. You could also look into subframe connectors, they are usually a good place to start. If you lower the car you will also need an adjustable torque arm to allow for the proper pinion angle on the rear end.
There are a lot of different ways to go, so I guess the question would be what exactly are you looking to do with the car - daily driver, street and strip, ect?

If i want it to be daily driver what would be good shocks to use with the strano's? And are strano's the way to go. If i put LT on what do i do about the check engine light for the cats? I dont want to have problems with anything that is why i ask.

if you got the cash, the most popular setup is koni shocks and strano springs
From what everyone says, its worth the money.
For the check engine light you could send your computer out for a mail order tune or find a perfromance shop around with a program such as HP tuners that can tune it for you. Don't buy a handheld tuner, does more bad than good.
