What 405 cam only (some think you cant get over 400 cam only)... And your doing this with a slow master...

With the way the newer lobes are....most cams will get you to 400RWHP these days....as long as the car is an M6.
I think there is a member here that made 440 (give or take) with a 228R, exhaust, and FAST90.

I can show you 462 with a fast 90.. Heck they were making 400 rwhp back in 04... Most of the cam onlys are M6's but I can show A4's with 400 rwhp.

Hi all.............just wanted to add my $0.02. I inexpensively modified my Z28 exhaust by replacing the factory muffler with an 80 Series Flowmaster and replacing the factory Y pipe with a SLP Y pipe with Mufflex bump-stop. All other exhaust pipe is stock except for chrome rectangular tips. Less restrictive than factory and plenty LOUD.

I run the PowerFlo setup with my QTP lt's and ory and my only complaint was the tips so I got some Corsa clones. Although until Magnaflo finally brought out that dual/dual tip setup I would not have even considered it with those truck pipes they use to sell them with. The LM1 isn't a muffler it's a resonater and you may as well just put a piece of staight pipe their. The LM2 is a race muffler more like the dynomax bullet mufflers. Loud without cats but not too bad with them. The powerflow has the lm2 and 2 small mufflers in the rear and is one of my favoite setups. I have several friends with magnaflows and they sound ok. Pretty much the only 2 I like besides the GMMG and stainless works chambered setupos which are alot more money.
The powerflo's are low and deep at idle and light throttle but the second you are at WOT and start climbing past 4k the sound great all the way till 6k where my car shifts and aren't that loud at cruising even with my A4 and 3.73's. I wanted a setup without alot of rasp and one I could talk on the phone if someone calls when I'm going to Dallas in it or on a long cruise out to Austin.
It gave me both. Most people knock slp because they make some parts that do have issues like the lt's that hang to low and there MAF's that don't always work. As far as thecat back exhaust I think they have a great setup. If I wanted my car to be louder I can leave the 2 rear mufflers and swap the LM2 for a LM1 resonater or install a straight pipe with a cut out with the muffler goes later. I also don't care for the sideways muffler look. If I get a magnaflow setup I want a custom true dual setup with the muffles facing front to rear.
