    I haven't felt a sotp difference. The only tests done showed a .1et diff at the track which supports the fact there is no sotp diff. You're filter will be dirtier at the point of entry from sucking up all the crap at the bottom
    I leave it on for the sake of dropping my AIT temps. It has it's merits just don't expect apocalypse
