VATS and power window?

I believe I am having a VATS issue where I need to bypass the VATS to start my car. The same time I started having the problem of my car not starting, my driver side window got stuck down. It wont roll up. I just replaced the motor a while ago and it was working fine before I rolled it down. When I push down on the button it makes a buzz noise in the dash, kinda like when you touch the sides of an operation board game. Is this related to the VATS issue??? any help would be appreciated.

And if anyone is wondering what the VATS deal is, basically when I try to start my car, the security light blinks and nothing happens. No fuel pump priming, and no turning over. I had to have my car towed home from school today. It sucked.

well I put a transistor in and it solved the starting problem, but my window still wont go up. There's still a beep/buzz when I push down on the switch too. Think someone tried breaking into my car and messed up my windows?

Well that's the thing, I have a new motor in the window and it was working flawlessly before I had all the problems. Maybe a slim jim was put in my door and fucked up some wires??

My friend put a new motor in his, it rained and water filled up the motor. He took it out and poured out the water. He got a replacement and filled the end with putty and it never happened again.
Dont know if you got the same problem, but thats what happened to him
