    Tuner help

    im thinking about getting a tuner for my ss i was wondering what you guys thought i want it to be able to do the most for the money and i got around 500 to spend i was thinking about getting this jet tuner it seems to be the best i have found so far if you guys got any ideas that would be great?

    If you have that much cash to spend, I have a few suggestions for you.


    1: If your bolt on only or light, light mods. Go get a tune from Frost, he is a Sponsor on this site. It will cost you around $125 roughly and you will get a better tune then any hand held (Unless you are good at tuning yourself)

    2: If your H/C (Heads/Cam) or any other internal mods, get a dyno tune. Dyno tunes are the best way to tune and run anywhere from $400-$500 dollars depending on location.

    That is about all you need to know

    yeah ive taken my six cylinder to be dyno tuned which it was and very good one too but i go back and forth with different tunnings so i want something that i can do at my garage and do it with some ease.

    That's a nice tuner like Hptuners and efi live. It's down fall it you have to buy a second program to datalog and scan with like autocal.
