this may be a really dum question. but was it the egr and the air? is it the whole air pump set up. and if so how do u remove it?

good question. I'm prob going to pay a shop to do my A/C delete for me. Since now I'm making decent money and and never use the A/C anyways.

to keep everyone on the same page we are talking about your A.I.R. system(air injection reaction) not your A/C compressor!!! removal is easy just check this out http://www.bowlingss.com/Mods/Instal...%20Systems.mht i found this using the search on the site!!

Will you still be able to pass emissions with out them?

I'm on the road ill fix the link when I get a chance if someone else doesn't... and no u will not pass emissions without your egr...

ok thanks no em. test here in redneck usa.

I have my AIR system deleted as well as my cats (rear O2 sensors). I passed emissions just fine. You just need to get the car's PCM tuned to compensate for those items being removed.

U have no cats and u pass emissions?

Visual only or do they test ur exhaust gases also?

My car is an 02. Anything 96+ they only test by plugging into the OBDII I believe...no visual. State by state may be different.
