Well The Guy Says It's Only On Automatic Trans, He Had Has Cases Before On Different Cars By Removing The Cats The Car Will Not Shift Properly Or Will Not Shift At All, So I'm Thinking What The Cats Got To Do With The Trans? I Think The Guy Is Full Of Crap,

The only down-side I've been told about LT headers and no cats is a loss of gas mileage. A kid in my area gets 13.5 MPG according to him, because of the exhaust.

I hope he has good prices on parts, because he is charging way too much for labor(since the shop owner hires people who know absolutely nothing about cars)!

This has to be one of the funniest threads I've seen in a while. Talk to the guy's manager and ask specifically...so according to your shop my car won't shift if I remove the cats. Why is this so? I'd love to hear his answer or at least expression. Come on now...give us another laugh

hey TEXASSS...the only thing you need to worry about is getting (2) 02 simulators. It will run all screwed up if you dont.Or you can have the computer programmed by a professional ( mine done at SPEARTECH by John Spears. This way you wont need but 2 02's anyway. You would be able to use one of those bungs for a exaust gas temp guage.
