Trade
I was bored one night and saw a guy wanting to trade his red ss m6 for an a4 of some sort. I figured what the hell gave him a brief description and sent him a pic of my car and he responded saying he was interested. Basically it has the same mods as mine(bolt-on) and about 75,000 miles compared to my 84,000 miles. Give me your thoughts I really don't feel like meeting him halfway 719 miles from where I live, but it's something to discuss.
Here is a link to his domain

thats not that far to drive if thats something you would really consider. not sure what condition your car is in, but those pics its hard to tell with the red ss.
pros:
less miles
6 speed
SS
cons:
its not the one youve put all the TLC into

Thats a big one right there. Even with high quality pictures you really cant tell body line, paint lines, and other things like missing bolts/pins, loose parts and the list goes on and on. Plus to be honest i seem to find that M6 camaros are usually driven a bit harder, but thats just my 2cents.

I love my A4 I would not trade it for a M6. Yes there are a few and i mean a few times i wish i had the manual but rarely.
I personally would not do that trade.
If you are thinking about it then I would take the drive out there and really look at the car. Take a camera with you and take your own pictures. You can look at pictures all day long and then in person its different.
Plus what others said its not the car YOU did the work on. I bought my car bone stock for a reason. SO I CAN DO THE WORK. I like doing it. it keeps me busy.
Plus what if the guy put the parts in himself. What if he is a fucking tard and stripped out bolts snapped things etc..

it does sound a little to good to be true..... a lower millage SS for a higher millage Z28. I would check into it some more before driving all that way.

Why would someone give up an SS for a Z?? Sounds fishy to me.

I don't trust it.

Ask for the VIN and do a carfax. If the title is clean. I would take the drive to see the condition and go from there. but like MP Franks said, you know how well you took care of your car and you don't know how well they took care of theirs.
