its nice to see some people who arent hanging on toyota's nuts. that gets annoying. I wish we could get some of the diesels that europe gets to drive.

I thought about trading a car in for a hybrid(my wifes Chrysler 300), but, after figuring into it, the extra cost of getting the new car.... I could save maybe $40 a month, but with the extra cost in buying the car, I could drive on the money I saved by keeping it for around 6 years... wouldn't even be worth it and I know I would not like it. Not selling the Camaro for anything except another Camaro if the right one comes along..without the stall converter and Long tubes I was easily getting 26mpg+, now 18 average, but I drive it like I stole it also.

The Chevy Volt looks promising as a commuter car since it offers 40 mile with 0 gas used. I'd save my Z for weekends and road trips though.

Haven't heard anything from the OP in awhile. I hope you didn't buy that Camry, it's just not worth it.
