    There is a God !

I just came back from vacation at the beautiful Emerald Isle, NC. We were there from Saturday to Saturday so the first day was Hurricane Irene. She did not touch our beachhouse at all but I was worried about what she would do after she left NC on her way to NJ. Well, we had perfect weather from Sunday to Saturday but the big news came when we got home. When I woke up Sunday morning my son came in my room screaming that a big oak tree had fallen on the garage, the home of my 02 SS. I looked out and saw what I thought was a nightmare but after a couple hours of work with my neighbors and a bunch of chainsaws we found a large brance holding the tree off of the roof of the garage and when I opened the door I found my baby dry as a bone under the car cover without a scratch. The large branch had supported the entire tree. I should have had a ruined vacation, beachhouse, garage and most important, car. Well, everything turned out perfect for a reason. Ya Gotta Believe

It started out as fear and ended in joy. I was frightened that a pristine 30k Maro SS that has never seen rain or snow was going to meet its maker so soon in life. I will thank God every time I fire up that engine and shift through the gears.
