do you start the car during winter at all like maybe once?

or would this actually be bad because the engine is dry of oil

im also in upstate NY, before I put my car to sleep for the winter I fill the tank and add stabil. I start it twice a month for about a half hour. Seems to work very well for me every year.

i want a shirt that says I HATE NY instead of I <3 NY

honestly, binghamton is one of the cloudiest cities in the country, the roads are HORRIBLE, and the winters suck

I want to move to CA, i'll put up with the higher taxes if there's good roads

anyway, i probly will only be able to start the car once during winter. so should i start it once halfway thru winter, or would it be better to just leave it all winter?

do you leave the battery in the car?

    stabil

with my lt1 full tank stabil and disconnect the battery no problems in the 4 yrs. ive owned it. come spring i just touch the key a couple times get the oil flowing and it fires right up. also change the oil before storage. im more worried about dam ethanol destroying everything.
