    SS emblems

My 98 SS was painted and I no longer have the emblems/badges. Where is the best place to by factory or authentic replacements? What all do I need and where exactly do they go? A pic or illustration/dimensions would help. Thanks

I picked up new Z28 emblems from the dealer...

Just give your local dealer a call and see what the prices are. I think my Z28 emblems were around $35 each...

You can get the badges from the dealer. You can also buy them online. Here are the part numbers

Camaro SS red emblem = 12369965
Camaro SS silver emblem = 12369966

This should help with the measurements.

    Check with ts/s or emblempros.

They are sponsors here and are certified GM replica makers. I am sure they can make them cheaper than you can buy from dealer.

    It has a big wing!

If you go through a dealer,be sure to shop around a few dealers.Various dealers will tend to have a wide range of prices depending on the dealer. At least thats the way it is in my area of Texas.

We needed a part for my wife's car once and it was going to run $120 at our local dealer.I called a dealer in another city and they sold me the same part for $65 SHIPPED!

So be sure to shop around a little...
