Some help with a ticking noise!!

Well to start with my check engine light is on code p0327 and im hearing a ticking from the drivers side. Can't hear it when idleing, but its kind of loud while driving if i press the gas hard. Changed the exhaust manifold gasket still the same. I was thinking maybe its a loose rocker or is just the knock sensor bad? Any help is always appreciated.

There was a TB on the CATs a few months back but I don't remember if they went back to 98. I know they covered the 2002s. You might check on it since your CATs are still under the 10yr warranty.
