SLP = WORST GROUND CLEARANCE just spend that money on kooks and they will live longer than the car.

ya, ive heard of some ground clearance issues with the SLP headers, if you have the money spend it on American Racing Headers or Kooks, i personally have Kooks. If money is an issue, go with pacesetters.

Slp and sportlines are all bad for clearance.
Jet Hot, Hooker are both good middle priced headers.
If you have to worry about rust from the winter I would suggest going to stainless steel headers.

I have Kooks and have all kinds of ground clearance. Search for SLP headers in the search function. You will see pictures of them all scraped up due to a poor design.

I had the SLP longtubes. Car was at the stock height. Scraped them ALL the time.
Since upgraded to Kooks. Lowered the car as well. NEVER scrape them.

Just pass on ANYTHING from SLP.

I'm running OBX long tube header's... they hug the bottom of the car well and I have heard them drag over anything... they where 500buck's with high flow cat's and Y pipe and there made from 16gauge stainless steel... I can't find any reveiw's on them but I had to trim the y pipe a little to get the cat back system on it and it was a pain the cut... a tail pipe cutter wouldn't do it I had to use a grinder..
