SLP 350hp performance pac? any good
soo,...i was on the SLP web site 2day n i saw the package, i was wondering if its true,.....350 with so little? it comes with the loudmouth catback,lid/cold air thing, smooth bellows and i think one more thing, but correct me if im rong ,...but should i buy it?
also,...i have fulltime A/C,... i kno this because the hot/cold(what ever the knob is on blue or red) air blows under my dash, even when everything is off,
is it like this in all Fbodys? i had it in my v6 2

I didn't buy said "performance pac" but when I dynoed my car, I only put down about 315 rwhp (314.something) and 330 rwtq on a Mustang dyno. My mods were the SLP CAI, lid, and K&N filter kit, the SLP MAF, the SLP smooth bellow, a BBK throttle body, the LS6 intake, gutted cats, and open headers.
So in short NO you won't get 350 rwhp. Maybe you'll get 350 fly wheel HP or something, who knows. Save money, buy other people's parts and gain the same or more than SLPs parts will yield!
I have the same problem with my HVAC, but I think it's maybe because I'm driving and the air just gets forced through the system. If my thing is set on cold, I get cold air with the fans & everything off. If it's set on hot, I get hot air! It's completely gay.
