    Simple pleasures

So today it was nice out, about 35 degrees. the road salt had subsided, all was well. Tonight I took the Z out for about a 2 mile round trip cruise. AHHHHHH. I missed her. It's amazing how these things don't like to get traction on cold blacktop!

Agreed! I hadnt drove mine for about a month and a half due to salt on the road. I was excited to go to school just to drive it again

yep, well, later that night I took out to dinner, about 50 miles round trip. GOT PULLED OVER. Liscence plat lt. out! no ticket, he was cool, complimented the car and talked about being a firefighter! Going to do my tq. arm, lca's and relo brackets, and my mystery exhaust this weekend.

all season tires would help. you probably are running summer performance tires. they even tell you don't drive if the temp is near freezing or 40* or something. they get very hard when it's cold.

Sadly, that is what my car looks like right now as well. Yes, I could go ahead and wash it but it would just get nasty agian really quick since the roads are still wet and nasty so it would be a waste of money.

No telling when the next time I will see dry roads here.

I'm going through "washing my car" withdrawels(SP?). This(hell, I can't even remember the last time I washed it)is the longest my car has been inbetween car washes.

I usually wash it twice a week. Overkill? Maybe, but who cares. I like my shit clean!
