Black- 2002 SS Camaro
Selling the Camaro
The motor recently blew and I have an ls6 waiting to be put in but i want something more. So I just purchased a S10 and selling the Camaro to a buddy of mine. It has 125XXX on the motor and 212XXX on the body and it is a 1996 body style and he just got new paint on it. I will be putting the ls6 with a t56 transmission in the truck and hopefully I can turn it into a monster. If you guys have any suggestions they will be appriciated.

Well I hope you won't regret your decision on getting rid of the Camaro. Just think, the blown motor could be a blessing in disquise!! You can build a MONSTER engine!!!
Best of luck to you on whatever you decide to do. That S10 sounds like a fun project. Wish I could be more help to ya.

I would definitely NOT sell the SS. Put the ls6 in it, duhhh. A v8 s10 is cool, but not as cool as a built SS.

Well, I for one like different stuff, and the truck would make a nice sleeper, and a parts hauler at the same time. Nothing wrong in my book with a swap like that.
Still stuck with that damn 7.5 inch 10 bolt though
On the bright side, Strange does cast 12 bolt housings to fit S-10's

It's what ever floats your boat. Wouldn't matter to me either way.
I'm more of a "walk softly and carry a big stick" kind of person, and the SS camaro just doesn't fit that very well.
I have 2 SS camaro's, so I understand where you are coming from. But I'd sell one in a heart beat for something cool like that.

V8 swaps in S-10's used to be pretty popular years ago. I haven't seen many in a long time.
Before S-10's were invented we used to stick V-8's in the Chevy Luv trucks,,,,anyone here old enough to remember those??
Late 70's early 80's I don't think there was another chevy luv left around that didn't have a V8 in it back then.

Yeah v8 s10's are cool, and somewhat unique... there are a few running around here... but come on, a SS with a ls6
