    Reasonable offer?

Im looking at an 01' z28 m6 with 45,000 miles on it and the asking price is 16,500. It's in excellent condition and low miles. You think that's a reasonable price?

Thats a little high especially for a Z28. I paid $14,300 for my 2000 SS 6 months ago and it only had 35,000 miles. nothing against the Z28 but, they are not worth as much as the SS. The SS's go for $1500-2000 more than a Z. I would suggest looking at Nada or K.B.B. on the internet for your area. I would not pay more than Nada for the car. Don't know all the options on the car, but I would price that car around $12,500 for the Newark NJ area. according to KBB.
There are plenty out there. just my .02 worth

+1 always look at the NADA values, they have the lowest value, the blue book is raised a little bit more (better if your selling the car)

Way too high. If it's cherry it should go for around 14k, normal condition for the year, about 12.5k Only reason it should cost that much is if it was a 'vert. I say keep looking

    Want a new car

Here's this thing, I would sell my 2001 SS for 16,500. It's worth that ! especially to me and since I don't need to sell it, that's what the price is , take it or leave it. If I had to sell for some reason that price get's negotable. Everything has a price depending on who wants it and who sells it.

You live in New Jersey, so do I. That's a reasonable price for the car, believe me
