OIL in the COOLANT. Not good. Head gaskets? Get a compression check.

Oil in the rad means there's something wrong in the engine not the radiator. Like az gt said it's probably a head gasket. $$$

    Sadly now demodded :(

Oil or ps fluid in the radiator? Your car has a ps cooler (the metal tube on the hose) so maybe it's that.

    This..

Seems to be something that does happen to you ls1 guys..

I seen this posted a few times..

I would definetly check that before tearing the heads off.

Compression test first if suspect a head gasket..

If you have the PS cooler and your PS fluid is brown and milky you have a leak in your PS cooler, you can replace it or just remove it, afterwards flush your PS fluid and coolant.

So only if the ps fluid is milky that means the cooler is bad right...? Well my ps fluid is low and I see no leaks from ps lines or from around there...

power steering fluid is low, no visible leak, and oil/ps fluid in coolant. 99%sure it is the cooler. And changing the cooler is easier than pulling heads.

you wont see any visible leaks if your PS cooler is leaking, there is a honeycomb in it that breaks and mixes your coolant with your PS fluid. If the fluids are mixing, your PS fluid will look like chocolate milk, if your Oil looks ok, and your PS fluid is milky, the cooler is mixing coolant and PS fluid, this just happened to me and i just pulled the cooler out and connected the PS hoses directly.

That's how mine looked like and now I replaced it (cooler) and cleaned the radiator with purple power degreaser and haven't notice any oil in the radiator ...
