Power antenna
Okay so im pretty sure i may be buying a Z28 as my next car. i plan to possibly put a new hood on it to give it a better look. I was also wandering if anyone has every put a power antenna in place of the mounted version on the Z28. I like the way the antenna on my old WS6 would retract when the car was parked, looked a lot nicer in my opinion.

You can buy the Pontiac power antenna and use it on your Chevy but you might have to route a power and ground wire back there. I replaced my antenna with a stock one but unscrew it when it goes under the car cover.

Ya i like the antenna to disappear when the car is parked, looks much better in my opinion. Buying the antenna shouldnt be hard but how to wire it up is beyond me.

Blackety Black- 35th Anniversary SS
It can't just be a power wire and a ground, you'll have to wire it to your accessory switch or your radio and then have a ground. If you want it down only when the car is off, wire it to an accessory power wire. If you want it down whenever your not listening to your radio wire it to the radio. It would be way easier if you had an aftermarket head unit because you can just use the remote wire from that-the same wire you would wire to an amp that switches it on and off but does not provide power to the amp. Know what i mean?
