    PLease Help

    I have an 01 ss and the check engine light came on 2 days after i purchased it, the cats were clogged so we gutted them and changed all the o2 sensors. Codes P0420 & p0430 came up and I need to go through inspection so I just put Magnaflow converters on it all 4 the o2 sensors are new. Cleared all the codes was good over the weekend and them POW! P1416 code comes up, now what do I do Please help!

    Check the passenger side check valve.

    SES codes are emission codes. if your SES light is on, most likely they will not even test your car with the OBDII plug in.

    If you go to your emissions site and get tested and you fail, they will tell you why you failed. Than you can correct the problem and go back again.
