The old duals did, that was my setup a few years ago.. The Phab exhaust is getting tempting though, it's only $260.10 right now. Add some stainless Sweet Thunders for $158.76 and you've got a $418.86 TD setup. Not bad.

Is it dumped or does it attempt to go over the axle?

The "Phab" version comes with turn-downs so you can dump it before the axle. They sell a kit that extends it out the back, but its like another $200.. and its under the axle... That's why I was kinda hoping TSP would come out soon, curious if they are changing the design any.

That would suck if you ever needed to drop the rear end for service, or change out the shocks/springs. Any pics of that set-up?

I'm liking the dumped look more and more though.
    It's on jackstands.

Not only that but it's just butt ugly looking at exhaust hanging under a solid axle car.

I can invision all kinds of issues. Like going over dips and unloading the rear suspension, every time hearing a clunk as the axle housing slams into the exhaust pipes You would have to hang that so low to prevent contact that it would become another road obstacle catching sewer lids, dead animals, you name it. You wouldn't be able to high center anything (not that an Fbody has ground clearance anyway ) but the last thing you want to do is make matters worse.

Under the rear exhaust is for IRS,,,,,keep the exhaust running on top of the solid axle cars

These are the only ones I've seen,

It's a slip fit design so you could remove the rear pieces if you needed to work on the rear of the car. My only concern would be rear end travel like Firebirdjones mentioned. The ground clearance would be fine. It'd only be as low as turndowns would be, after I tinkered with my TSP setup I never scraped. I'd like mine piped out the back though, the Sweet Thunder setup does not drone but it is still pretty loud dumped.
