Passing smog in CA with pacesetter headers/hf cats

Can it be done? The only mods I have are a k and n intake, pacesetter headers, high flow cats, corsa y pipe and dmh cutout. Check engine light is on but I'm sending the PCM in to frost today. I'm lucky right now because I'm in the Army in NC and I'm pretty sure I can get a smog exemption for this (knock on wood). Would I be able to pass if I had to though?
    Thanks!

Think he said LTs, which stands for Long Tube Headers.

no long tube headers can be legal in CA since you have to move the cats. That's the main reason why. But for $200 and the right smog technician, sure you'll pass.
