passenger floor is wet.
OK one more problem the passenger floor keeps on getting wet, it's not the heater core the system holps fluid and pressure fine. I took a hose and there's no leaks in the windshield area. My car has T-tops but fortunately they do not leak. I did notice my A/C lines have lots of condensation on them and the A/C is not even on.

sounds to me like your heater box drain tube is clogged....I just went through this problem with my girlfriends Escort.
I dont know where exactly its located on your car, on her car it goes strait out the firewall and on my goat it goes out the front of the trans tunnel right by the stereo

well with the rain comming down steady the floor is getting soaked, I took the pass. floor board cover off and it's running down the carpet from the heater box, does anyone where the cleanout tube is on these cars, I've looked under the hood and I can't find anything.

lol luckily no, the plug on the scort are easy.... but I swear ford did their best to make them a pain to work on most everything else....i hate working on her car.
in the goat my engine is a few inches farther forward than yours and it does make it SO much easier to work on....ive changed plugs in f-bodies and know what you mean

I'm not sure how long you've owned the car, but check that there is actually coolant in the radiator and not water and some redline water wetter. It's easy to check just to make absolute sure its not the heater core.

sounds like the rain is getting in the cowl and into the heater/ac box then draining onto the floor by some crack or something

I found the problem, after pulling the heater motor out I found leaves and some other shit in there, I cleaned that out but could not find the drain plug, so I then put the car in the air and in between the cat and frame rail there is a tiny hole about 1/4 inch. There was a tiny plug that was clogged, so I used a 10 inch screwdriver a skinny one and pushed the plug up and about a half/gallon of water came out.
