are you talking about the stock grill or the optional SLP grill?

Stock I think, I thought the SLP was shiney and the stocker had more of a mat finish. But both have SS on them.

The stock one just says camaro down the middle, but if you want a stock grille gmpartsdirect had one for about $40

Exactly, unless your SS had the optional SLP Grille, it would be a standard camaro grille from a 6cyl or a z28, no different just cause it was ss.
