Not really new
So who's this Blue Thunder 42 making all these post's, right. I've been the owner of my 98 SS since May of 1999. I love performance cars of all sorts, but I really like the LS1 what a great engine. I'm 37 been the Air Force for 17yrs, married 12yrs no kids. That's so we can afford fun toys. I love doing all my mods myself I work on the C-5 in the air force currently, and I have a decent amount of knowledge/tools in my own garage. My first mod when brand new was just a lid and K&N a year later a ATR cat back and that was it for about 5yrs. Until my brother got a 2002 Z28 and started modding it and running fast 1/4 than me. Then it was on in 06/07, I got a SLP MAF, BBK 80m TB, MAC mid length headers, SLP Y pipe, fluid crank pulley, 1.8 rockers, GM hot cam. Took A/C off, Z06 clutch, SLP lightened flywheel and 4.10's. The 4.10's with stock diff lasted about a month "blew up". She sat for about 2yrs and I finally got the wife to sign off on a moser 9". Got her back on road 2wks ago, it's awesome to be driving her again.
This seems like a cool site, hope my input is helpful and if anybody needs a garage or tools/power tools, and lives in the Annapolis MD area I don't mind helping another F-body fan out.
FYI haven't ran the new rear yet at the 1/4 still breaking it in. But best 1/4 times before w/o drag slicks has been a 12.6 at 114mph
Cheers and burn them if you got them.

Thanks all 4 of you, I was looking on here from time to time but didn't register. I've got to split my time between facebook, Lotus Talk, and work and driving to work and spending time doing things I like, you know?
What size should the pics be Crash? about 200k or is that too big?

Cool LS1camino, you ever cruise route 2? Past Marley station mall up to the car dealers and checkers. I'm out there about once a month. I was out there 2 Fridays ago and cruised with two other LS1's 2000ish Z28 and T/A. Fun night let's hook it up. Friday night start at Capital Raceway do some legal 1/4 runs. And then go cruizzen.
