New toy tomorrow. :)
Last week I had an accident with my 94 convertible Corvette. It ended up being a complete loss so I had to replace my toy with another one that is not missing half a hood....lol
Thanks to pajeff02 I was able to find a nice local car. Its a red 2000 Z28, red, t-tops, charcoal leather, ZR1 style wheels, 56k miles, and its an automatic. I really wanted another 6-speed car but this will be more of a daily driver than my 2004 and my 1994 Corvette were. It has a few aftermarket extras as well. It has the SLP air box with a K&N filter, Edelbrock headers, high flow cats, and a flow master cat back along with a dyno tune. Also, I noticed there is an aftermarket piece between the TB and the MAF. It is a smooth not rippled piece.
The interior is in fantastic shape and is as clean as most cars ever are. The under side of the car is equally as clean and well cared for. The exterior has only a few small blemish marks and stone chips. For a 10 year old car it is in fantastic shape. It also has the 12 disc changer in the trunk as well as the disc player in the dash.
I am picking the car up tomorrow afternoon. Pretty excited about getting back in to an LS1! After riding in it and speaking with pajeff02 I am thinking that possibly some rear gears are in order. It has the 2.73 rears and not the 3.23 and probably some 3.73s could be in order. The car rus very strong and the engine is quiet as an LS1 as I have ever heard upon start up.
I look forward to learning more and more about the car. Thanks in advance for my stupid questions....lol

Thanks guys. Got the car home today and I have to say it runs great! It has the 2.73 rear gears but other than that its pretty much loaded up. I should get some pics up within the week. Thing is I keep trying to push in the clutch with my left foot.......makes me feel pretty stupid sometimes.
I will "attempt" to keep this one in the current condition but with the trucks around here and the crappy drivers some times it is a tough task!
Thanks for the warm welcome. I think though that I need to get this puppy to the track to see how it will run....lol
