New Shift Knob

Just ordered that what do you guys think? I HATE the stock ball. Can anyone recommend a good shift boot that'll cover the whole metal shift pole? I dunno what to call it. I hate seeing it though.

Anyone know what the shaft size is on a Z28? Kind of strange because even in the picture the bottom piece doesn't appear to be attached, and that's what screws to the shaft.

An aftermarket head unit would work you can get alot of those with silver colors.

I didn't like mine at first it looked massive. I love it now I've got to say it makes shifting a bit more fun. It's like swinging an axe.

I have both the stock Hurst leather knob and a Hurst T-Handle.
The T-handle is awesome for ripping the gears, your hand won't slip off of it.
