need help with my 98 z28

so i was driving to work today and all of a sudden i smell suthing burning .it smells like antifreeze and like oil.its comin from the shifter or the ebrake somewhere around there..i drove back home when i was home and again..it smells more when im in the freeway..any ideas of what it could be?

probably the heater core leaking inside the car. or atleast thats what it sounds like to me. Kinda hard to tell from your description. I would go under the glove box and peel back the carpet and see. Did you check under the hood and see if there are any clear signs of leaks.

i cheked and no leaks im goin to see under the carpet and check..aso my lutch pedal is all the way up there like almost all da way up u think maybe my clutch?? or maybe rear gasket?
