I really don't know city, but on the highway I was running close to 30mpg driving to Florida last summer. Two people, luggage, trip stuff. I have a lid, plug wires and the rest is stock.

Wifes 6 speed SS with mild cam, headers and off road Y-pipe and a recent trip got us 28 mpg highway with cruise control set at 80-85 mph. Had the family in the car loaded with luggage as well.
It gets 22 mpg in town driving on a regular basis.
My automatic SS with a 3400 stall converter, headers and off road Y-pipe consistently gets 20 mpg around town. Never really made any highway trips with this car.
Made a recent trip to the dragstrip with it, 180 miles round trip with a couple of passes mixed in with some city driving as well,,,I haven't filled it back up yet, been sitting for a few weeks. Getting it out today to fill up and check the mileage.
Not expecting stellar numbers though with the racing we did. I'll report back.
