Well hypothetically I guess it could work. You would see some gains as far as lower intake temps. And you could increase timing due to the higher octane... But it's mainly used to cool down FI charged air. Would the gains be worth it on a NA application, not sure. You could blow your motor if you run out of methanol if it's tuned to run on higher octane too...
I'm no pro on the subject, all these are just hypotheticals and maybes.

Just put some water in your tank, it'll net the same results.

Depends on how much boost you will be running. If you stick with an LS1 kit, usually they're pretty tame in the boost area so you can run them safely on a stock engine. I'd still get full exhaust to complement the system, but it's not really needed that badly. Kit probably comes with the proper injectors and intake, so you should be set there.

There is a sticky on here for this exact question...
Necessity...
- Fuel pump
- Bigger injectors
- A/F gauge (preferred to get a wideband)
- Boost Gauge
Should get
- Rear end
- SFC
- PHB
- LCAs
- TA
- LTs and full exhaust
8lbs is about the max boost on a stock bottom end. Any more than that and you are asking for trouble. Piston #8 usually goes first.

Thank you very much I have a auto that just got rebuilt when my motor did and with 7psi should that be in the 420-430 range hp wise

8psi on a M6 yields around 500-520rwhp from numbers I have seen. My guess would be around 460-470rwhp for A4.
I would suggest a TC and cooler.
