LS1 SS Spoiler Question

Just got my ss, and noticed the spoiler is a bit loose. I can tell that the inside "pillars", pretty much the part that make the ss spoiler look like it does, are not attached.

My question is are there bolts or anything that hold it down to the hatch on the outsides of the spoiler? Any way I can tighten it down. Just wanted to ask before I take off the plastic interior parts and find nothing. Thank you for your help.

Open the hatch and tighten the bolts.
Take the panel off(just pull down) and tighten the ones on the side if they are loose.

Just did it, I didn't want to go ripping that plastic off if nothing was under there. The bolt didn't seem to want to take a lot of torque, I just made it snug and its much tighter than previously. Thanks for the help!
